I have been in the remodeling business and licensed for over 30 years and have hands on experience in all of the above services.  RGH is comprised of myself, 4 skilled tradesmen, and several experienced subcontractors.  Together the RGH team can take a project from the drywall stage through painting (excluding mechanical).  The more items we handle, the greater the efficiencies in time and cost, and less scheduling for the builder.  This is due to the fact that I can schedule overlaps in stages of construction, and have more control over each stage.  We are skilled in all forms of custom carpentry, including custom crown build-ups, custom columns, and stairways. We pride ourselves in quality workmanship in all of our services. Since I coordinate overlaps in trades, we can position ourselves as to not be in each others' way. Over the years, I have seen countless cases where one trade is in the way of the other, or waiting on someone else, which is terribly ineficient.  We strive to eliminate this "waste" of labor, to save money, so the builder can save time and money!

Having been in the building and remodeling business over 30 years, I have achieved excellent rapport with customers, and can interact well with them at the Builders discretion.  Knowing how time consuming it is for the builder, we are able to free up that time for more efficient use of the builder’s resources. I also owned two kitchen and bath cabinet design and sales showrooms in Michigan, and as a kitchen designer am happy to assist in making cabinetry selections and design as smooth as possible. (I am also the North Carolina Harlan Custom Cabinets sales reprsentative, I can offer very good pricing.
